Unfortunately, most of us spend more than 90 per cent of our days indoors, away from nature.
So we’ve got a challenge for you: join us and thousands of other Canadians in getting outside 30 minutes a day, 30 days in a row during the month of May.
To add a daily dose of green to your routine, head to the nearest park, trail or garden. Take time to observe the wonders of nature nearby. At home, work or play, your nature fix is probably closer than you think. And throughout the month, we’ll send you lots of fun tips and challenges.
